We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location. Elora Closet is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.
